Important: Rachel's Upcoming Appointments

Hi everyone,

I’m so sorry to share that our lovely Rachel recently had a fall and, as a result, now needs an emergency hip replacement surgery this week.

As you can imagine, this has happened very suddenly, and our priority is to make sure Rachel has the time, care and support she needs to rest and make a full recovery.

Unfortunately, this means all upcoming appointments with Rachel for the foreseeable future will need to be cancelled until she is well enough to return to the salon. We know how disappointing this will be, and we’re incredibly sorry for the inconvenience.

Our team will do everything they can to help accommodate as many of Rachel’s clients as possible over the coming months. As our stylists are all freelancers and have very busy diaries, availability is extremely limited. So, don’t delay rebooking your appointment if you see a slot online that suits you.

The best place to check for available appointments is via our online booking system at queenstreethair.co.uk. Our booking system is always up to date. We also recommend keeping a close eye on the online diary over the coming weeks, as cancellations and additional availability may become available.
