I am visiting a freelance stylist who is self-employed and working within Queen Street Hair.
My stylist may contact me privately regarding my appointments, aftercare, or hair services.
I agree to and have had a skin/patch test if required for my service.
I confirm that I am over 18 years of age.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged at 100%.
Refunds are not available.

Aftercare & Colour Information
I agree that I understand the aftercare advice provided by my stylist.
Professional salon colour stops developing after a set period of time. If your colour is left on longer than expected, please rest assured it will not continue to develop beyond that point. Application and timing are at the stylist’s professional discretion.
Once your Queen Street Hair appointment is complete and you have left the salon, any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment by contacting your stylist directly or via queenstreethair.co.uk/contact
